We are a boutique, fully licensed property management agent specialising and operating exclusively in the short-term holiday market with properties managed in Noosa and Hamilton Island. We only charge 12% plus GST for full holiday management of your property.
Holiday Property Management
We hold a full Real Estate Licence with an audited Trust Account and follow Office of Fair Trading Guidelines.
Booking Channel Optimisation
We set clients up across all the main distribution channels (eg, Booking.com, Airbnb) and stream- line bookings into our system via a channel manager.
Guest & Services Interaction
We communicate with guests from enquiry through to booking, arrival and post stay. As well we coordinate trades such as cleaners, plumbers etc.
