We are a boutique, fully licensed property management agent specialising and operating exclusively in the short-term holiday market on Hamilton Island. We only charge 12% plus GST for full holiday management of your property.
We are experts on co-Listing holiday properties (so you manage as well as us). A great was to grow bookings.
Holiday Property Management
We hold a full Real Estate Licence with an audited Trust Account and follow Office of Fair Trading Guidelines. We have been holiday letting since 2016.
Booking Channel Optimisation
We set clients up across all the main distribution channels (eg, Booking.com, Airbnb) and stream- line bookings into our system via a channel manager.
Guest & Services Interaction
We communicate with guests from enquiry through to booking, arrival and post stay. As well we coordinate trades such as cleaners, plumbers etc.

Their focus is on providing a seamless quality holiday accommodation mangement service to owners and managing the whole process from set up to guest departure.
