If you manage your property yourself on Hamilton Island and want extra bookings, you can choose to do what our other clients do and Co-List! (We can also work as a co-host with other Property Management companies on the island - we have in the past, and it works well).
In simple terms, both you and us work to get guest bookings...This allows you to continue to manage guests and take bookings via Airbnb, Booking.com etc as normal but we fill the gaps by pushing out via our own channels and our direct booking engine.
The complex algorithms used by the OTA's (Online Travel Agents like Airbnb) work in strange ways and as we have been running and selling holiday lets since 2016 to thousands of guests, we often get better search results than a solo listing.
Our on-line system will push all available dates to the major booking platforms. You as the owner can also log into the system for statements, booking calendars etc.
We are a fully licensed Real Estate Agent and follow the Office of Fair-Trading guidelines. The cost for our service is a lower than normal 12% plus GST.
